At Toronto Perfume, we take pride in the integrity and quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Order Issues & Return Labels:
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at torontoperfume@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If an exchange is approved in rare cases, the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% reduction from the product will be taken off if it is opened.
Toronto Perfume does not provide return labels under any condition.
