Processing & Fulfillment:
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This email will provide a more accurate estimate of when your package will arrive.

Shipping Times & Carriers:
We ship to Canada, the USA, and select international destinations using FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post.

Canada & USA (FedEx / UPS): 2–5 business days after shipment
Canada Post (within Canada): 3–12 business days
International: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days, depending on location and carrier

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, chosen carrier, and order weight. Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated.

International Shipping:

Responsibility After Delivery:
Toronto Perfume is not responsible for parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and ensure timely retrieval of the package. Please arrange to receive your delivery in a secure location to avoid loss or theft.
